"I was with progressive for awhile and the customer service went from good to horrible. Shopping for a new insurance company is a hit or miss, let me tell you jasmine was absolutely amazing!!! 10 stars if possible. She checks up on her clients, takes the TIME to answer questions and gets you a rate that is REASONABLE!! Please!! Don’t change this type of customer experience it’s the best and I would definitely recommend them."
